On May 15-17, at an online conference organized by the World Union of Universities, World's Universities with Real Impacts (WURI) announced that Tra Vinh University was ranked 5rd in the top 43 of the WURI Ranking 100 for having a positive influence and contribution to society.
The university is also ranked 11th in the Top 50 for the value of entrepreneurship and innovation (Entrepreneurial Spirit); ranked 34th in the Top 50 for international student exchange and cooperation, student exchange opportunities between foreign educational institutions (Student Mobility and Openness); ranked 18th in the Top 50 for open connectivity, digital transformation and integrated applications (Fourth Industrial Revolution); ranked 29th in the top 50 for managing sustainable development values (Crisis Management); ranked 49th in the top 50 for ethical values and 45th in the top 50 for scientific and technological applications (Industrial Application).
WURI Ranking 2023 evaluates according to the criteria of the actual contributions of schools to society; innovative and creative approaches to research and education by universities, focusing on specific areas of corporate cooperation, the value of entrepreneurship and innovation, social responsibility, exchange and cooperation programmes.
Previously, Tra Vinh University had 13 fields of study that achieved international education quality accreditation FIBAA and AUN-QA, ABET and for many consecutive years entered the Top 200 universities with a green educational environment and investment in sustainable development - according to UI GreenMetric Ranking.
