On June 30th, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province held a conference to announce decisions regarding personnel matters.
At the conference, a representative from the Department of Internal Affairs announced the decision of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak province regarding the appointment of Mr. Ho Quang De, Provincial Party Committee member and Standing Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, as Director of the Department of Construction of Dak Lak province. The appointment is for a term of 5 years, effective from June 29, 2026.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Ho Quang De expressed his sincere gratitude for the trust placed in him by the provincial leaders, acknowledging that this is both an honor and a great responsibility in the new phase of the local development.
Mr. Ho Quang De expressed his hope to continue receiving the attention and guidance of the provincial leaders, along with the unity and cooperation of the entire staff of officials and employees in the sector, to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
The new Director of the Department of Construction has outlined four key directions for the future. Specifically, these include: promoting administrative reform and digital transformation, placing citizens and businesses at the center of service; building a united, disciplined, professional, and innovative workforce; improving the quality of planning work, ensuring that planning precedes development; and developing a comprehensive system of technical infrastructure and urban areas in a smart, modern, and sustainable direction.
Earlier, on the morning of June 15th, at a conference announcing the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel matters, Mr. Cao Dinh Huy, a Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Construction, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Finance.
