Practice and history both domestically and internationally have shown specific evidence that when there were times when the revolution encountered difficulties, crises, or even failures, the cause did not come from policies and guidelines but rather from inappropriate leadership methods that did not keep up with the situation and context at that time. Practice throughout the process of leading the revolution, the issue of innovation in leadership methods has always been considered important by our Party, and has been implemented step by step with appropriate and effective tasks and solutions.
Dr. Nguyen Viet Chuc, Member of the Central Committee National Front Vietnam, Vice Chairman of the Cultural and Social Advisory Council, said that continuing to supplement and perfect the Party's leadership method is necessary and has important significance in accordance with the current new context.
