Of the above capital, Duc Tho district proposed 15,75 billion VND, Can Loc district 55,67 billion VND, Thach Ha district 40,27 billion VND and the city Ha Tinh 7,61 billion dong.
According to the People's Committee of Thach Ha district, the locality has been allocated 486,9 billion (currently disbursed 481,2 billion VND). The additional capital needed for the district to complete the project site clearance is 40,27 billion VND (2024 billion VND in 6,4 and 2025 billion VND in 33,8).
The locality is in need of additional funding for site clearance to quickly relocate the power grid infrastructure and hand over the site to investors and contractors for convenient construction.
Meanwhile, in Can Loc district, to carry out site clearance work for the Bai Vot - Ham Nghi expressway project through the area, the locality has been allocated a capital of 653,28/527,21 billion VND. Currently, the locality has proposed to add a funding source of 55,67 billion VND (2024 billion VND in 34,5 and 2025 billion VND in 21,17).
According to the Department of Transport of Ha Tinh province, the amount of 119,3 billion VND that localities proposed to add to the land acquisition and clearance fund is mainly for the relocation of power grid infrastructure to serve the project construction, which is quite slow, especially the high voltage grid (220kV, 550kV). The slow relocation of the power grid system has affected the construction of the Bai Vot - Ham Nghi expressway at some locations.
