As spring arrives and the peach blossoms display their vibrant pink hues amidst the mountains and forests of Northeast Vietnam, the Lang Son Peach Blossom Festival, a festival deeply rooted in the border region of our country, takes place.

This is an annual event organized by Lang Son province to honor the value of the Lang Son peach tree - a symbol of spring, vitality, and the traditional cultural beauty of this border region.

Within the framework of the festival, Lang Son organizes a series of rich and attractive cultural, sports , and tourism activities such as: a spring flower street and a space promoting Lang Son's peach blossoms; a competition and exhibition of the most beautiful peach blossom trees in Lang Son; the "Peach Blossom Route" running race…

In addition, many tourism promotion activities such as exhibitions showcasing the province's tourism potential, the Lang Son Culinary Festival, the 4th Ky Cung River Raft Racing Festival in 2026, the Ky Cung Temple - Ta Phu Temple Festival… promise to offer many experiences for tourists.

In particular, the Lunar New Year's Eve of the Year of the Horse will feature a spectacular art program combined with a fireworks display to welcome the new year from 10 PM to midnight on February 16, 2026 (the 29th day of the 12th lunar month of the Year of the Snake). The fireworks display, lasting at least 15 minutes, promises to bring an explosive moment of emotion to locals and tourists.

Through these activities, Lang Son province aims to build a cultural and tourism space rich in identity, promote the image of the land, people, and tourism potential of Lang Son, and contribute to the development of tourism, services, and socio-economic development of the locality.

The Lang Son Peach Blossom Festival is not only a celebration of spring, but also a meeting point connecting people from all walks of life, spreading faith, joy, and aspirations for sustainable development in the border region of the Fatherland.

The opening ceremony of the Lang Son Peach Blossom Festival will take place on the evening of February 7th on Hung Vuong Street (Luong Van Tri Ward, Lang Son).
