A humanoid robot named Bu Sunaidah is attracting attention in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) after appearing in traditional Emirati attire and participating in various community activities. Developed by YS Lootah Tech, the robot is positioned as a "Community Ambassador and Storyteller," aiming to promote UAE culture and heritage, especially to the younger generation.
Previously, a video showing Bu Sunaidah appearing at a mosque in Dubai sparked much debate on social media about the relationship between technology and religion.
However, representatives from the development team assert that the robot does not adhere to any religion, but is merely a tool to assist in education , elderly care, and the service industry.
According to this company, robots will become commonplace in daily life within the next one to two decades.

The humanoid robot Bu Sunaidah is attracting attention in the UAE.
Recently, in Wuhan City, China, the country's first "7S" humanoid robot store opened, allowing customers to experience, rent, and purchase various types of robots for everything from personal communication to industrial applications.
Inside the store, the robots can play soccer, perform music , assist with retail sales, and interact directly with visitors.
The "7S" model is seen as a new experiment to promote the commercialization of humanoid robotics – a field that China has identified as a strategic technology sector in its next phase of development.
