Construction of the Bum Nua Commune Inter-level Boarding School (Primary and Secondary) is being expedited by the relevant units.
The project to build the Bum Nua Commune Inter-level Boarding School (Primary and Secondary levels) is invested in by the Provincial Police Department. This is an important project, aiming to meet the learning and living needs of students in the area, especially children of ethnic minorities in remote villages. At the same time, it contributes to maintaining and stabilizing student enrollment and improving attendance rates.
The project, with a total investment of 254 billion VND, is being implemented on an area of approximately 5.4 hectares and includes many important components such as: administrative buildings, primary school theoretical classrooms, subject classrooms, student dormitories, teacher staff quarters, a canteen, a multi-purpose hall, a football field, along with a comprehensive transportation and technical infrastructure system. Currently, construction is being carried out simultaneously in each area. Modern machinery and equipment are being utilized to the maximum extent, and the school buildings and dormitories are gradually taking shape.
Mr. Ta Van Truong, Deputy Site Commander (Vietnam Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company - VINADIC), the project's contractor, stated: "We maintain 400-500 workers and engineers working regularly at the construction site, along with many modern machines and equipment. Accordingly, we organize them into 5 construction teams for building structures and 2 teams for the transportation system and technical infrastructure. Taking advantage of favorable weather conditions, the construction teams regularly work overtime to ensure the project progresses according to schedule."
To date, the site leveling is 100% complete. Regarding the main construction items: the rough construction is approximately 60% complete; finishing work and plastering is about 35% complete. The retaining wall is also about 50% complete. Construction units are continuing to increase manpower and equipment to accelerate the progress of the remaining items. According to the plan, the main items of the project will be completed before June 30th, and the entire project will be completed and handed over to the investor by July 30th, 2026.

The Bac Ha construction team (part of the AMACAO Group) has 140 workers participating in the construction. The team has developed a detailed construction plan by day and team to ensure the progress and quality of the project. Mr. Duong Van Y Va - Team Leader of the Bac Ha construction team shared: “Right from the start of the project, the team assigned specific tasks to each construction team and developed a detailed work plan. We took advantage of favorable weather to speed up progress; and focused on ensuring labor safety during construction. The goal of the entire team is to successfully complete the assigned tasks, contributing together with other units on the construction site to bring the project to completion on schedule.”
Not only did the contractors make efforts, but the Party Committee and the local government of Bum Nua commune also actively supported the investor throughout the project's implementation. From the very beginning of construction, the local authorities closely coordinated with relevant provincial agencies in land clearance, public awareness campaigns, and ensuring local security and order to facilitate construction.
With the close guidance of the investor, the sense of responsibility of the construction units, and the consensus of the local Party committee, government, and people, the Bum Nua Commune Inter-level Boarding School (Primary and Secondary) is being completed day by day, bringing with it faith and hope for a better educational future for the young generation in this disadvantaged area.
