Estimated tuition fees for Law programs in 2025

Universities specializing in law have announced tuition fees ranging from 16 to 57.6 million VND per academic year.

For the upcoming academic year, Hanoi Law University plans to apply a tuition fee of 27.9 million VND per academic year for its regular programs (equivalent to 800,000 VND per credit), an increase of 2.6 million VND compared to last year.

With a high-quality training program charging tuition fees of 55.9 million VND/academic year (equivalent to 800,000 VND/credit for professional internship courses, graduation thesis, national defense and security education , and 1.764 million VND/credit for other subjects), this tuition fee has increased by 5.2 million VND compared to last year.

The Faculty of Law - Vietnam National University, Hanoi applies tuition fees for students ranging from 27.03 to 31.8 million VND per academic year. Accordingly, the Law and International Commercial Law majors have the lowest tuition fee at 27.03 million VND. The Business Law major has a tuition fee of 28.62 million VND per academic year.

For the Law program, the high-quality program has the highest tuition fee at 31.8 million VND per academic year.

The projected tuition fee for students at the Faculty of Law, Hue University for the next academic year is 16 million VND/year, with any annual increase (if any) not exceeding 20% ​​compared to the tuition fee of the previous year.

Next academic year, the University of Economics and Law (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City) will offer two training programs: one in Vietnamese and one in English.

Accordingly, the tuition fee for the Vietnamese-language program is 27.5 million VND in the first year (an increase of 4 million VND compared to the previous academic year), and for the English-language program it is 57.6 million VND per year (an increase of 7.4 million VND compared to the previous academic year). In subsequent years, the school increases the fee by 10%–12.8% each year. The total number of credits for the school's training programs is 130 credits.

In 2025, admissions to law programs will have several notable new features.

Hanoi Law University plans to increase its enrollment quota by approximately 150 students compared to the previous year, bringing the total to 2,650. The university will also open two new high-quality programs: high-quality law and high-quality economic law.

Some universities may adjust or add subject combinations for admission. Accordingly, Hanoi Law University may no longer use the C00 combination (Literature, History, Geography) as before.

Universities may apply various admission methods, including direct admission, admission based on academic transcripts, admission based on high school graduation exam results, and other methods such as admission based on aptitude test results.

Some universities may adjust the minimum admission score, or apply different minimum scores for different admission methods.
