According to the report, in the first 6 months of this year, the People's Committee of Duc Trong district closely followed the tasks and promptly concretized the tasks, solutions, direction and administration in accordance with the actual conditions and situation of the locality, along with the efforts of all levels, branches and people in the district to focus on economic stability, ensuring social security.
Results of the implementation of a number of key indicators: Agriculture, forestry and fishery sector: estimated at 3.214 billion VND, reaching 38,4% of the plan, growing by 6,1% over the same period; The industry in general is estimated to realize 2.779,3 billion VND, reaching 54,5% of the plan, increasing by 7,7% over the same period; Construction industry is estimated to realize 2.635 billion dong, reaching 50,2% of the plan, up 8,9% over the same period; Trade - Service industry is estimated to realize 3.695 billion dong, reaching 51,68% of the plan, up 10,13% over the same period. State budget revenue in 6 months managed by the district was estimated at 451 billion VND, reaching 37% of the assigned estimate, equaling 68% over the same period, creating new jobs for 3.875 workers in the district, reaching 86,11% of the plan in 2023; The rate of participation in universal health insurance reached 83%…
At the same time, the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic continued to be focused, social security work, taking care of the people's life and health was ensured, cultural and sports activities were well organized according to the set plan; forest fire prevention and fighting has been well done, no forest fires caused damage to forest resources.
The field of defense and security in the area is kept stable. Administrative reform, judicial reform and anti-corruption have been drastically implemented. The traffic accident situation is basically controlled, decreasing compared to the same period in 2022...
Besides the achieved results, there are still some shortcomings and limitations such as: Some violations of the Forest Law still occur in the area; budget collection managed by the district, disbursement of public investment plan is still low compared to the plan. The implementation of documenting the implementation of afforestation and intercropping of forestry and scattered trees in 2022 is still behind the plan.
On the other hand, the work of clearing the cases of encroachment on the road traffic safety corridor, urban embellishment has been paid attention and implemented, but the situation of re-encroachment still occurs. The implementation of compensation and site clearance of some projects is still behind schedule, such as: Ta Hoet reservoir project, infrastructure project of residential area and Fi Nom market; The work of mobilizing people to donate land for construction is facing many difficulties and the auction of land use rights is still behind schedule...
The conference spent a lot of time for delegates to discuss, discuss and propose solutions to achieve and exceed the targets in the last 6 months of the year. In particular, the Duc Trong District People's Committee assigned departments and units of the district, the People's Committees of communes and townships to review and evaluate assigned targets and tasks, set out directions and plans to focus resources for effective implementation, and complete socio-economic development tasks in 2023.
At the same time, ensuring the progress of agricultural production according to the plan and seasonality; focus on developing high-tech, organic and smart agriculture. Implement well the prevention and control of diseases on plants and animals, control of slaughter, inspection of veterinary hygiene; continue to strengthen the management and protection of forests, fire prevention and fighting; clearing illegal plants and constructions on forestry land according to Inspection Conclusion No. 2094/KL-UBND dated April 13, 4 of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee and newly encroached forest land areas.
At the same time, strictly implement the tasks and solutions for budget collection; strengthen tax collection management, combat revenue loss and tax arrears.
