
Short video contest on biodiversity
The competition, organized by the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai City, aims to spread the message of nature protection, raise community awareness about biodiversity conservation , and encourage people to create content on digital platforms. The department is launching the "Short Video on Biodiversity" competition in 2026.
The deadline for submitting entries is September 20, 2026. Contestants can submit their entries directly or via email to the organizing committee, and also upload the video to their personal Facebook page with the required hashtags to be considered for the viral award. The results and awards are expected to be announced in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The competition is open to individuals and groups of authors who are citizens residing, studying, or working in Dong Nai City. Entries should focus on reflecting the beauty and current state of ecosystems, animal and plant species in Dong Nai; practical actions in nature conservation; models and solutions for protecting biodiversity; promoting biodiversity-related anniversaries; introducing wild animal and plant species; and disseminating legal regulations on nature conservation.
Submitted videos must be 60-90 seconds long, in MP4 format, in full HD or higher quality, and must not have been entered in other competitions. Each individual or group may submit a maximum of 3 entries.
The organizing committee will award 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, 10 consolation prizes, and other special prizes for groups with the most entries, and individuals or groups of authors who actively share their works on social media.
