Under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam founded and trained by President Ho Chi Minh, our country's revolution has overcome countless difficulties and challenges, going from one victory to another. That was the victory of the August Revolution and the establishment of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, the first people-led state in the history of the nation, the first workers' and peasants' state in Southeast Asia. That was the victory of the resistance war against French colonialism, culminating in the Dien Bien Phu victory "Resounding throughout the five continents, shaking the earth", completely liberating the North, building a great rear base for the struggle to unify the country. That was the great victory of the resistance war against the US to save the country, ending with the historic Ho Chi Minh campaign, completely liberating the South, unifying the country, bringing the whole country into the era of national independence and socialism. That is the initial victory with great achievements, of historical significance in the cause of innovation, national construction and protection, and international integration that our people are currently carrying out.

President Ho Chi Minh devoted his entire life to the revolutionary cause of our Party and our people, wholeheartedly serving the Fatherland and the people. The name and career of President Ho Chi Minh will forever remain with the country and live forever in the hearts of each of us. He left us and future generations a huge fortune, an extremely precious legacy. That is: Ho Chi Minh Thought, Ho Chi Minh Era, Ho Chi Minh's moral example and style.
