"Hue - The Culinary Capital" Festival

The Hue Culinary Festival is one of the highlight tourism activities, taking place during the April 30th - May 1st holiday, lasting four days from April 29th to May 2nd. Held at Thuong Bac Park (Hue City), the festival is expected to feature 60 food stalls and attract over 20,000 participants.

The Hue Culinary Capital Festival 2025 is meticulously planned and has become a notable event within the framework of the National Tourism Year and the Hue Festival 2025. According to representatives from the Department of Tourism, in addition to artistic programs featuring many young bands and singers from Hue City, numerous unique activities will be offered to locals and tourists at the festival, such as: displaying, introducing, and selling culinary products at booths; a 3D culinary exhibition using AR technology; and various culinary demonstrations and experiences.

The cuisine displayed and introduced at the stalls was also rich and diverse. Besides the royal cuisine area, the organizers also arranged areas to display and introduce vegetarian cuisine, ethnic cuisine, folk cuisine, and street food.
