According to the Organizing Committee, the 2025 National Taekwondo Championship in Quang Nam will include many attractive competitions in both combat and form.

In the individual competition, athletes will compete in 18 individual weight categories. In addition, there will be 3 team competitions including 4 male athletes with a total weight of no more than 300kg, 4 female athletes with a total weight of no more than 260kg and mixed male and female teams including 2 male athletes with a total weight of no more than 160kg and 2 female athletes with a total weight of no more than 135kg.

Meanwhile, the boxing content will include 5 standard boxing contents: men's individual, women's individual, men's team of 3 athletes, women's team of 3 athletes and mixed doubles.

In addition, there are 4 creative freedom events for men's individual, women's individual, mixed doubles and mixed team of 5 athletes requiring at least 2 male athletes or 2 female athletes.

The special feature of the tournament is the team performance content, where each team of 7 to 11 athletes, including at least 3 male athletes or 3 female athletes, will perform beautiful and creative technical performances.

The Organizing Committee also said that the 2025 National Taekwondo Championship in Quang Nam will be held according to the current regulations of the 2024 World Team Demonstration Taekwondo Championship, to ensure professionalism and fairness for all participating athletes.

Through this, we aim to continue to maintain and promote the Campaign "All people practice physical exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho"; mobilize the masses to regularly practice sports in general and Taekwondo in particular, contributing to improving community health to better serve the cause of national construction and defense.
