On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025) and the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), the Quang Ninh Provincial Journalists Association coordinated with the Provincial Media Center, Vietnam Press Museum, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the Exhibition of 100 years of Vietnam Revolutionary Press, History of Quang Ninh Press and outstanding achievements of the province.

The exhibition is divided into many spaces such as: 100 years of Vietnamese revolutionary press, History of Quang Ninh press, outstanding achievements of Quang Ninh province; virtual reality studio area. In which, the History of Quang Ninh press area is divided into the periods 1928-1955, 1956-1985; 1986-2018 and from 2019 to present.

Each stage is associated with the socio -economic development of Quang Ninh province and the country, while keeping pace with international press trends.

The exhibition also displays over 100 valuable documents and artifacts related to the historical process of the Vietnamese revolutionary press, as well as the Quang Ninh press. In addition, there are also radio and television broadcasting equipment prepared by the Provincial Media Center, which have accompanied the milestones of formation and development of Quang Ninh province. The exhibition lasts until May 27.

This is one of the practical and meaningful activities in the series of events of Quang Ninh Press Festival to celebrate important historical milestones of the country and the press.

Right after the Exhibition, at the Quang Ninh Provincial Library (Ha Long City), a discussion was also held: "Quang Ninh journalists learn and follow Ho Chi Minh's journalism style in the new era".

With the theme "Quang Ninh journalists learn and follow Ho Chi Minh's journalism style in the new era", the discussion has a very special meaning, not only to review the invaluable legacies that President Ho Chi Minh left for Vietnam's revolutionary journalism, but also to reflect those values ​​on the practice of Quang Ninh's journalism in the context of the turbulent digital era.

Besides, there are challenges and opportunities for journalists in the digital age. From the practical experience of press agencies, orientations and solutions, practical actions to improve the quality and efficiency of operations, better meet the information needs of society and contribute to the overall development of Quang Ninh province.
