More than 30 years have passed, but Mr. Pham Huu Hanh, former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ba Ria Thermal Power Joint Stock Company, still remembers the difficulties in the construction of the Ba Ria Power Plant. Mr. Hanh shared: “The staff are like brothers and sisters in a family, always working together, united and overcoming all difficulties to complete the task.” He urged future generations of employees to strive to continue the tradition, make efforts to contribute to maintaining the plant's operations and the corporation's continued development, and to actively embrace AI and new technologies for effective application.

In addition, employees also heard many heartfelt stories, memories, and experiences shared by former leaders of the Mong Duong, Thac Ba, VSH, and Ninh Binh units during their work. The spirit of solidarity, responsibility, and dedication to the profession has helped generations of employees overcome challenges and difficulties to successfully complete important power projects, contributing their efforts to ensure that electricity continues to shine brightly.

While the electricity industry marks its 70th anniversary of formation and development, EVNGENCO3 has also just reached the milestone of 10 years of steadily building trust with partners and employees through noteworthy achievements.

Mr. Dinh Quoc Lam - Chairman of the Board of Directors of EVNGENCO3, shared: “EVNGENCO3 was established and has been operating since January 1, 2013. On this journey, with the spirit of 'together we make a difference, together we move forward,' we have built EVNGENCO3 into an increasingly strong organization, achieving proud accomplishments; building a team that always upholds the spirit of dedication, responsibility, and solidarity, creating an open working environment with a liberal spirit as the main characteristic. The leadership of the corporation believes that future generations will preserve and develop the tradition, continuing to contribute to building EVNGENCO3 and EVN to become even more prosperous.”

On this occasion, the corporation's leaders visited and expressed their gratitude to retired employees who have made significant contributions to the development of the electricity industry in general and EVNGENCO3 in particular.
