Accordingly, Mr. Hoang Viet Anh has stepped down from his position as Chairmanof FPT Digital to focus on strategic tasks as Chairman of FPT Telecom.
Mr. Tran Huy Bao Giang has been appointed from General Director of FPT Digital to Chairman of FPT Digital, responsible for overall strategic direction and leading the company's long-term growth and development roadmap in key areas such as Digital Transformation, AI, and ESG.
Mr. Le Hung Cuong has been appointed from Director of Digital Transformation at FPT Digital to General Director of FPT Digital, directly overseeing all business and operational activities, ensuring effective implementation and enhancing execution capabilities throughout the company.

As Chairman of FPT Digital, Mr. Tran Huy Bao Giang will focus on overall strategic direction, leading the long-term growth roadmap and developing FPT Digital's core competencies in Digital Transformation, AI, and ESG, closely aligned with the overall strategy of the FPT Group.

FPT Digital Chairman Tran Huy Bao Giang has over two decades of experience in the information technology sector, having held key positions such as Chief Technology Officer of FPT Software, Chief Digital Transformation Officer of FPT Group, and General Director of FPT Digital. He is a leader with a deep understanding of solution architecture, technology strategy, and transformation management at the FPT Group level and across numerous large client companies, developing global partnerships.

As the CEO of FPT Digital, Mr. Le Hung Cuong will directly oversee business operations and management, focusing on improving implementation capabilities, standardizing consulting and implementation methods, and ensuring that strategies are translated into concrete results for clients.
