FPT opens branch in Dalian, China

FPT has just announced the establishment of FPT Dalian branch (Liaoning province, China) to provide high-quality information technology services to customers in Japan and China.

FPT said that opening a branch in Dalian helps FPT access and recruit abundant technology human resources, good at English and Japanese, and professionally trained here.

"The branch is expected to recruit 2,000-3,000 technology engineers in the next 3-5 years, focusing on high-quality technology engineers in the fields of project management and strategic consulting," said Mr. Pham Thanh Tuan, Director of FPT Dalian.

It is estimated that the number of IT personnel proficient in Japanese in Dalian has reached 200,000 people. In the immediate future, FPT Dalian will focus on customers in Japan. At the same time, the new branch will expand new business development opportunities, not only with Chinese enterprises but also with thousands of Japanese enterprises operating in Dalian.

According to Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Ha, Chairwoman of FPT Software - a member company of FPT, FPT Dalian not only helps the company to accompany more businesses in the region but also commits to the governments of China, Japan and Vietnam.

Dalian is FPT's third office in China. Opening its first office in Shanghai in 2017, and in Nanning in 2023, FPT has many major customers in the automotive technology and semiconductor manufacturing sectors in China to cooperate with and implement important projects.
