Immediately after the First Congress, for the 2025-2030 term, the Thai Nguyen Transport Association quickly reorganized its structure, stabilized its apparatus, and assigned specific tasks. The establishment of eight branches specializing in areas such as freight and passenger transport, logistics, vehicle inspection, training, and technology creates an effective foundation for collaboration. Through these branches, businesses can share experiences, support each other, and gradually improve service quality.

The principle of "buying from each other, selling to each other" has been actively implemented, helping to utilize internal resources, reduce costs, and increase production and business efficiency.

The association also promotes trade, connects supply and demand, and supports members in accessing essential services such as insurance, fuel, and repairs, contributing to the stable operation of businesses.
