
Locals proactively channel water from ponds, lakes, and wells to their coffee plantations for irrigation, helping the plants maintain growth during this crucial stage. When water levels in many reservoirs drop, people also take advantage of pumping water from streams and ponds to supplement irrigation.
Many households said they were worried that the dry season would continue, so they would take advantage of the Tet holiday to water their coffee plants, in order to minimize the risk of water shortage for their orchards.

On the hillsides, the sprinkler system operates continuously, a white stream of water evenly covering each coffee plant, providing timely vitality to the plantations. Despite the hardship and increased costs, coffee growers remain committed to their farms, striving to overcome the drought season and aiming to ensure high yields and quality crops.
