Accordingly, E5RON92 gasoline will not exceed 20,126 VND/liter (a decrease of 1,206 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price), which is 627 VND/liter lower than E10RON95-III gasoline. E10RON95-III gasoline will not exceed 20,753 VND/liter.

Diesel fuel 0.05S will not exceed 23,534 VND/liter (a decrease of 2,343 VND/liter compared to the current maximum selling price). Mazut 180CST 3.5S will not exceed 16,680 VND/kg (a decrease of 1,928 VND/kg compared to the current maximum selling price).

From June 1st, all RON 95-III gasoline will be blended with 10% ethanol to become E10 gasoline before being sold on the market. Meanwhile, E5 RON 92 gasoline will continue to be used until the end of 2030.

Regarding E10 gasoline, the Government has recently issued Resolution No. 29/2026/NQ-CP (Resolution 29) piloting several policies in the implementation of the E10 gasoline roadmap. Notably, this resolution clearly outlines the method for calculating the price of E10 RON95-III gasoline.

According to Resolution No. 29, from the effective date (June 16, 2026 to June 15, 2028), E10 RON95-III gasoline will be piloted as a commonly consumed commodity for which the State will announce a base price to replace RON95-III gasoline.
