
On the afternoon of February 12th, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade jointly adjusted retail gasoline prices, effective from 3 PM. The regulatory body decided to increase E5 RON 92 gasoline by 400 VND/liter and RON 95 gasoline by 410 VND/liter.
Following the adjustment, the retail price of E5 RON 92 gasoline is 18,830 VND/liter and RON 95 gasoline is 19,290 VND/liter. Meanwhile, diesel increased by 10 VND/liter to 18,460 VND/liter, kerosene increased by 120 VND/liter to 18,510 VND/liter; and fuel oil increased by 410 VND/liter to 15,560 VND/kg.
The regulatory agency continues to neither withdraw nor disburse funds from the price stabilization fund. As a result, domestic gasoline prices have increased three times in a row after only one decrease. Since the beginning of the year, gasoline prices have increased four times and decreased three times.
