To implement the model, officers and soldiers from various agencies and units sorted and packaged sufficient essential items such as instant noodles, rice, spices, clean water, and other necessities. Locals came to receive goods according to their needs and were guided and assisted thoughtfully by military personnel, demonstrating the spirit of "mutual support" and the close bond between the military and the people.

All supplies were sourced from the unit's self-sufficiency fund and contributions from officers, soldiers, and generous donors.

In the coming days, "zero-cost stalls" will continue to be maintained in many heavily affected areas to ensure that no one goes hungry or without clothing after the floods.
