The Provincial Police advises the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, and directs the commune-level police forces to advise local Party committees and authorities at the commune level to mobilize relevant forces to effectively prevent and combat various types of crimes and social vices, ensuring the smooth implementation of administrative procedures and traffic safety in each commune, ward, special zone, and throughout the province.
Furthermore, with a proactive and offensive approach, the Provincial Police are focusing their efforts on combating various types of crime, especially criminal offenses, drug-related crimes, and other offenses, paying particular attention to ensuring food safety, environmental violations, and issues affecting people's enjoyment of the Lunar New Year celebrations; implementing procedures for issuing licenses, registering drivers, and conducting driver's license tests according to established procedures and rapidly transitioning to digital transformation.
The provincial police force is focusing on inspecting, reminding, and urging the performance of duties by police forces at all levels, especially at the commune level, to effectively promote their roles and responsibilities, as well as the two-tiered police model implemented recently.
