The Vinh Tuy Transaction Office (PGD) is under the direct supervision and direction of Agribank Bac Quang Branch. Over the years, the PGD has implemented many flexible solutions to help people access preferential loan capital to develop household economies, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development.

Officials from the Vinh Tuy Education Department visited the orchards of Mr. Pham Quang Huyen, which grows Vang oranges, Duong Canh tangerines, and V2 oranges.

Currently, Vinh Tuy Branch has 27 loan groups. From the beginning of the year until now, Vinh Tuy Branch has disbursed loans to 627 customers totaling 188.5 billion VND; the total outstanding loan balance has reached 268.5 billion VND/1,075 customers, achieving 99% of the plan, with loan programs such as: medium and long-term loans for normal production and business activities; loans for living expenses and real estate business; medium and long-term loans with preferential interest rates for individual customers buying houses, receiving land use rights transfers, building, repairing, renovating, and completing houses; preferential interest rate consumer loans; loans for buying houses for young customers; loans for individual customers buying cars for living needs…

To make credit packages more accessible to the public, the Vinh Tuy Branch publicly posts preferential loan packages on official media channels; simplifies administrative procedures; regularly reaches out to understand customers' borrowing needs; selects customers to avoid risks when recovering capital; strengthens communication and information about the benefits of borrowing for economic development, avoiding reluctance to approach banks; guides customers to register for loans online via the bank's QR code; and facilitates borrowing through loan groups and local authorities…

According to Nguyen Thi Van Anh, Director of Vinh Tuy Branch, in the coming period, Vinh Tuy Branch will continue to strive to maintain its role as a leading bank in the area, focusing on key tasks including: promoting safe and effective credit development; prioritizing production and business sectors, rural agriculture, and residential housing; effectively implementing Agribank 's preferential loan programs; expanding the customer base, improving the quality of appraisal and debt management, ensuring sustainable credit growth; strengthening digital transformation, expanding modern banking services; and directing all branch staff to continue cultivating a civilized, professional, friendly, and timely transaction style to support and accompany people and businesses in all their financial and banking needs.
