Since the beginning of the year, Vinh Tuy Transaction Office has disbursed to 627 customers with the amount of 188.5 billion VND; total outstanding loans reached 268.5 billion VND/1,075 customers, reaching 99% of the plan, with loan programs such as: Medium and long-term loan program to serve normal production and business activities; loans to serve living needs and real estate business; medium and long-term loans with preferential interest rates for individual customers to buy houses, receive transfer of land use rights, build, repair, renovate, and complete houses; consumer loans with preferential interest rates; home loans for young customers; loans for individual customers to buy cars to serve living needs...

To make it easier for people to access credit packages, Vinh Tuy Transaction Office posts preferential loan packages publicly on official media networks; simplifies administrative procedures; regularly approaches to grasp customers' loan needs; selects customers to avoid risks when recovering capital; strengthens propaganda and information about the benefits of borrowing capital for economic development, avoiding the fear of approaching banks; guides customers to register for loans online via the bank's QR code; borrows capital through lending organizations and local authorities...
