Dr. Huynh Minh Chin, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health : Building a modern and effective healthcare system.

I expect this Party Congress to become a strategic milestone, guiding the sustainable development of the country in the new phase, with healthcare and science and technology as two decisive pillars. It is essential to reaffirm that investment in healthcare is investment in development. A modern approach needs to shift strongly from "treating diseases" to comprehensive healthcare, with preventive medicine, public health, and primary healthcare as the foundation. In the context of the explosion of artificial intelligence, big data, biotechnology, and precision medicine, I expect the Congress to unify policies and create a breakthrough policy framework to promote the digital transformation of healthcare in a substantive way. The connection between healthcare and science and technology must form an innovation ecosystem where scientific ideas are tested, applied, and disseminated into the practical work of caring for the people's health.
Mr. DO THAI DUONG, Secretary of the Party Committee of Phu Quy Special Economic Zone ( Lam Dong province): Investing in infrastructure in special economic zones.

I expect this Party Congress will continue to pay attention to localities with unique characteristics, including Phu Quy, through the improvement of mechanisms, policies, and synchronized infrastructure investment. When infrastructure in special economic zones is fully invested, localities will be able to effectively exploit their existing potential and advantages, especially developing green and sustainable tourism linked to the marine economy and traditional fishing. Currently, the lives of people in the special economic zones are basically stable; however, to gradually improve their living standards, it is necessary to continue improving the infrastructure foundation, thereby attracting investors to the locality, creating more impetus for socio-economic development and improving the quality of life for people on the island.
Engineer Nguyen Bui Anh Duy (Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City): Creating markets for green products.

As a young person honored as a National Creative Youth in 2025, I expect the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam to set forth clear and consistent policies and decisions prioritizing investment in research, development, and application of green materials, considering this a concrete implementation of the national green growth and circular economy strategy. Besides strategic direction, I hope for strong and clear incentive policies to create conditions for young intellectuals to develop their research, innovation, and entrepreneurial capabilities in the field of green materials, contributing to the country's economic development. This includes mechanisms for financial support for applied research, a technology testing environment, policies to promote linkages between scientists, businesses, and the State, as well as creating market outlets for green material products.
Ms. LE THI MINH DIEU, a resident of Truong Sa Island (Truong Sa Special Zone, Khanh Hoa Province): Joining hands to build a prosperous nation.

My family of three has been living on Truong Sa Island for over two years. We have always received care, support, and encouragement regarding our material and spiritual well-being from local government leaders, commanders, and officers and soldiers on the island, thanks to which the lives of the people have been steadily improving. We will actively participate in building the Truong Sa Special Zone into an even stronger and more beautiful place, worthy of the trust that our compatriots and the people of the whole country have placed in our beloved Truong Sa. We express our gratitude and absolute trust in the leadership of the Party. We hope that the 14th National Congress of the Party will continue to propose many important policies and decisions to develop the economy and society, build a strong and prosperous Vietnam, and ensure a life of abundance and happiness for the people.
Composer NGUYEN VAN CHUNG: Creating conditions and motivation for the development of talented and dedicated artists.

In recent times, a very encouraging trend has emerged: the younger generation is increasingly interested in history and national traditions. They understand that the good things we have today are thanks to the contributions of previous generations, and they know how to express that profound gratitude. Culture and art in general, and music in particular, have played a crucial role in spreading tradition, history, and gratitude. Culture and art are intrinsic strengths and important drivers of sustainable development. I hope that in the future, with the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party, policies and decisions will place even stronger emphasis on this field to bring about a change in thinking regarding investment and development of culture and art. I hope there will be more attention, opportunities for development, and performance venues for talented, passionate, dedicated artists with clear orientations and ideological viewpoints on serving the people.
Veteran Truong Trung (Cai Rang Ward, Can Tho City): Hopes to resolve the "bottleneck"

In recent years, the socio-economic situation in the Mekong Delta has seen many positive changes. To date, the "bottlenecks" and "obstacles" in transportation infrastructure have been largely resolved, with over a dozen key transportation projects invested in and put into operation; among them, the north-south expressway from Ca Mau to Ho Chi Minh City has been opened, providing seamless connectivity and reducing travel time by nearly half compared to before... I expect that this Party Congress will enact more comprehensive policies on infrastructure investment, education, healthcare, job creation, and cultural preservation; economic development coupled with sustainable poverty reduction; prioritizing the development of border regions and ethnic minority areas; and that the "bottlenecks" and "obstacles" in the Mekong Delta will be resolved, and healthcare infrastructure upgraded so that people no longer have to flock to Ho Chi Minh City for medical examinations and treatment.
Mr. NGUYEN HOANG VU (Thu Dau Mot Ward, Ho Chi Minh City): Awaiting sustainable development policies.

I expect that the 14th National Congress of the Party will make decisions that will bring about a better life for the people. First and foremost, my main concern is the decisions that ensure the maximum exploitation and development of potential to create breakthroughs in comprehensive and sustainable socio-economic development. This includes policies that create favorable conditions and effectively implement environmental protection monitoring, urban waste management, and waste treatment in production and business activities. I also hope that the Congress will make decisions to continue ensuring multi-tiered and comprehensive social security, including practical policies that care for and support workers and vulnerable groups, especially workers in industrial zones and clusters, so that they can have a better working and living environment.
Mr. NGUYEN MANH HA, Secretary of the Thuan Lap B7 Party Branch, Hai Chau Ward (Da Nang City): Expectations for the young cadre team.

Our people eagerly await the major decisions from the 14th National Congress of the Party, especially in the context of building a two-tiered local government that is streamlined, strong, efficient, effective, close to the people, and responsive to their needs. The transition process still faces certain obstacles, but we, the people, are ready to share and cooperate with the government to gradually perfect the new model. To truly be "for the people, close to the people," the cadre needs to be rejuvenated, their thinking renewed, and information technology boldly applied in management and administration. I hope this Congress will make decisions that continue to place culture at the foundation, so that the spirit and values of culture truly permeate social life. Culture must lead the way for the country to achieve sustainable development and long-term progress.
