Accordingly, Hanoi has welcomed 11 new projects with 13,995 eligible housing units for sale as future real estate developments. Of these, apartments still dominate with nearly 8,798 units in 5 projects, while the remaining 5,197 are low-rise houses in 6 projects.
Most of these apartment projects are located within Vinhomes' two large urban areas, Ocean Park and Smart City. Among them, the Z34, U38, and U38A apartment buildings on plot B6-CT01 in Ocean Park 1 have the highest number of units offered for sale, with 2,461 apartments. This project is developed by Masterise Homes.

Another project at Ocean Park that is also eligible to launch sales of over 2,000 apartments in this phase is the U26A, T26M, Z30 apartment buildings located on plot B4-CT01. This project is developed by the Singaporean investor CapitaLand.
Regarding low-rise housing, two projects with a new supply of over 2,000 units are located in western Hanoi. Specifically, the Sunshine Grand Capital urban area, situated in Tan Lap and Tan Hoi communes (Dan Phuong district) and Duc Thuong and Duc Giang communes (Hoai Duc district), has been approved for sale with approximately 2,300 units.
Vingroup 's Green City urban functional area project includes 2,279 low-rise units. Located in four communes of Tan Hoi, Tan Lap, Lien Ha, and Lien Trung in Dan Phuong district, the project covers an area of 133.4 hectares and was launched by the investor on March 10th.
