On July 14, the Hanoi People's Committee issued two decisions to establish Do Muoi High School and Phuc Thinh High School under the Departmentof Education and Training.
According to Decision 3781, the Hanoi People's Committee decided to establish Phuc Thinh High School under the Department of Education and Training, located in Phuc Thinh commune. The goal is to be a public general education institution in the national education system and the system of general schools in Hanoi. The school has legal status, its own seal, and opens accounts at the State Treasury and commercial banks according to regulations.
The school is organized and operates according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training for high schools; under the direct direction and management of the Department of Education and Training and relevant agencies of the City.
The career establishment arranged by the Hanoi People's Committee for the 2025-2026 school year is 42 civil servant positions and 5 contract labor quotas according to Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP for security and service.
In Decision 3782, the Hanoi People's Committee decided to establish Do Muoi High School under the Department of Education and Training. The school's headquarters is in Yen So ward, Hanoi. This is a public general education institution under the national education system and the network of general schools in the city.
Regarding the career establishment, the Hanoi People's Committee allocated 35 civil servant positions and 5 contract labor quotas for the 2025-2026 school year according to Decree 111/2022/ND-CP to do security and service work to meet the needs of organizing school activities and training.
