Hanoi establishes Do Muoi High School.

Hanoi established Do Muoi High School and Phuc Thinh High School under the Department of Education and Training.

On July 14th, the Hanoi People's Committee issued two decisions establishing Do Muoi High School and Phuc Thinh High School under the Department of Education and Training.

According to Decision 3781, the Hanoi People's Committee decided to establish Phuc Thinh High School under the Department of Education and Training, located in Phuc Thinh commune. Its objective is to be a public general education institution within the national education system and the Hanoi city's general education system. The school has legal personality, its own seal, and can open accounts at the State Treasury and commercial banks as prescribed.

The school is organized and operates in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training for high schools; it is under the direct guidance and management of the Department of Education and Training and other relevant agencies of the city.

The Hanoi People's Committee has allocated 42 civil servant positions and 5 contract worker positions under Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP for security and support roles in the 2025-2026 school year.
