Can Tho City People's Council passed 45 resolutions.

(CTO) - After two days of intensive work, in a democratic, serious, and responsible spirit, the 3rd session (regular mid-year session 2026) of the Can Tho City People's Council, 11th term, 2026-2031, completed its work program and adjourned on the afternoon of June 30.

The City People's Council discussed and voted to approve the following resolutions:

(1) Resolution on tasks and solutions for socio -economic development and ensuring national defense and security in the last six months of 2026.

(2) Resolution assigning the medium-term public investment capital plan for the period 2026-2030 from local budget sources and giving opinions on the projected medium-term public investment capital plan for the period 2026-2030 from central budget sources.

(3) Resolution on detailed allocation and supplementary adjustment of the 2026 public investment capital plan from local budget sources (phase 4).

(4) Resolution stipulating the content and level of support for agricultural extension activities in Can Tho City.

(5) Resolution stipulating the content and level of state budget expenditure for implementing national key seed production development projects and other seed production projects in the city until 2030.

(6) Resolution stipulating the maximum and minimum levels of the adjustment coefficient for market fluctuations in land prices in Can Tho City.

(7) Resolution stipulating the content and expenditure levels for managing activities and implementing science , technology and innovation programs and tasks using state budget in Can Tho City.

(8) Resolution stipulating criteria, conditions, order, procedures, content and level of support from local budget for semiconductor chip design projects; projects producing direct auxiliary products in the semiconductor industry and projects producing electronic equipment.

(9) Resolution stipulating policies to support activities for Community Digital Technology Teams in the period 2026-2030 in Can Tho City.

(10) Resolution on adjusting and supplementing the state budget revenue estimates in the locality, local budget revenue and expenditure in 2026 (first time).

(11) Resolution approving the settlement of local budget for 2025.

(12) Resolution amending Resolution No. 49/NQ-HĐND of the People's Council of Soc Trang province on approving the settlement of state budget revenue in the area and local budget expenditure of Soc Trang province in 2024.

(13) Resolution on criteria for establishing Civil Defense Teams and criteria on the number of members of Civil Defense Teams.

(14) Resolution stipulating policies prioritizing investment and mobilizing resources to invest in and build technical infrastructure systems for residential areas under management that do not yet meet the conditions for transportation infrastructure and water sources for fire fighting; investing in, equipping, repairing, maintaining and servicing fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and relief systems and equipment.

(15) Resolution stipulating policies on support and other specific support for onshore wind power projects in Can Tho City.

(16) Resolution approving the list of works and projects that require land acquisition in Can Tho City (phase 2).

(17) Resolution stipulating the content and level of expenditure for the Can Tho City Journalism Award; expenditure to support journalistic works that win national and international awards.

(18) Resolution on issuing a resolution assigning the People's Committee of the city to decide the level of expenditure for activities to prevent and combat domestic violence.

(21) Resolution stipulating policies on access to and support of credit for enterprises investing in agriculture and rural areas in Can Tho City.

(22) Resolution stipulating the content and expenditure levels for the operation of the Civil Defense Command Boards at all levels in Can Tho City.

(23) Resolution selecting Resolution No. 21/2024/NQ-HĐND of Hau Giang Provincial People's Council promulgating Regulations on activities supporting production development from national target programs in Hau Giang province to continue applying.

(24) Resolution on approving the list of land plots for bidding on investment projects using land (phase 3).

(25) Resolution stipulating the total expenditure in the construction of legal normative decisions of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City.

(26) Resolution stipulating preferential regime of exemption from land rent according to each area and field for projects using land for production and business purposes in investment-incentive fields or in investment-incentive areas.

(27) Resolution on approving the list of investment and lending areas of Can Tho City Development Investment Fund for the period 2026-2030.

(28) Resolution on extending the implementation and disbursement of the 2025 public investment capital plan to 2026 from the central budget to implement the National Target Program for building new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction and socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas.

(29) Resolution stipulating the amount of gifts for congratulating and celebrating the longevity of elderly people in Can Tho City.

(30) Resolution stipulating monthly remuneration and support payment regime for population collaborators.

(31) Resolution stipulating some monthly remuneration regimes for members of the commune/ward volunteer social work team.

(32) Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 277/NQ-HĐND of the People's Council of Can Tho City.

(33) Resolution stipulating the mechanism for supporting the implementation of social housing construction investment projects in the period 2026-2030.

(34) Resolution stipulating criteria for deciding on bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land.

(35) Resolution stipulating the expenditure levels for receiving foreign guests, organizing international conferences and seminars, and receiving domestic guests for agencies, organizations, and units under the management of Can Tho City.

(36) Resolution stipulating the policy to support officials, civil servants and public employees in provincial-level administrative units to work at the administrative center of commune-level administrative units in Can Tho City after administrative unit rearrangement.

(37) Resolution stipulating the level of payment for work performed in emulation and reward activities in Can Tho City.
