As the floodwaters receded, Mr. Duong Minh Thang, Secretary of the Party Branch of Dong Quang village, Quang Kim commune, also took the opportunity to clean up the mud and debris that had spread everywhere. Although his own family also suffered losses, Mr. Thang still provided initial support to other households in the village.
