Models, particularly the "Effective Mass Mobilization" model, are gradually playing a significant role, serving as exemplary models that are being disseminated and replicated in socio-economic development movements, political system building, and maintaining security and order at the local level. These models have mobilized the participation of organizations, individuals, and all segments of the population, yielding practical results and harnessing the strength of national unity to build an increasingly prosperous and beautiful homeland.

The people of Kha Cuu commune (Thanh Son district) actively participate in building rural roads as part of the community mobilization program.

In 2024, the entire province had 1,190 recognized "Effective Mass Mobilization" models, including 980 collective models and 210 individual models. These models covered a wide range of fields, including: 495 models in the economic sector; 397 models in the cultural and social sector; 145 models in the defense and security sector; and 153 models in the Party building and political system sector.

Thanh Thuy district has many models with a wide reach, such as: In Son Thuy commune, 130 households were persuaded to donate 8,400 ^m² of residential land, perennial crop land, and assets on the land worth over 2.5 billion VND, along with 500 days of labor, to build 4 rural concrete roads in areas 5, 6, 7, and 8 with a total length of 4.6 km; people were also persuaded to donate residential land, garden land, agricultural land, structures, and crops on the land to build rural and inter-field roads in Dao Xa, Tu Vu, Thach Dong, and Tan Phuong communes. Doan Hung district has the "People's Mobilization House" model; the "Parish Flag Road" model; the "Security Light," "Security Camera," and "Security Keychain" models. Ha Hoa district is implementing a "biomass corn" cultivation model in 100% of its communes and towns, covering an area of ​​500 hectares with a yield of 50 tons/ha...

Besides building "effective mass mobilization" models in each sector and locality, some districts have now implemented mass mobilization programs that mobilize the entire political system, focusing on some communes and areas that are still facing difficulties. This significantly contributes to creating conditions for the grassroots to build a strong political system, support infrastructure investment, and build new rural areas and advanced new rural areas.
