Ruben Amorim appeared in Lisbon in a relaxed mood, suggesting he is in no hurry to return to football after leaving Manchester United.

Nearly three months after being sacked by Manchester United, Amorim was spotted playing padel with Hugo Viana at a sports center in Lisbon. The image quickly attracted attention, especially since Viana is currently the Director of Sport at Manchester City.

Despite his former team's recent success, Amorim didn't seem bothered. He appeared relaxed and smiling alongside Viana. The two have a close relationship dating back to their time playing together at Braga, before reuniting at Sporting Lisbon.

At Sporting, Amorim and Viana won a combined total of five titles, including two national championships. Viana then moved to Manchester City and was involved in the team's rebuilding under Pep Guardiola.

Previously, Amorim also attracted attention when he appeared at the Qatar Open to watch tennis. These rare appearances show that Amorim is enjoying a break after a stressful period at MU. Although he has been linked with several positions, the Portuguese strategist is not yet ready to return. For Amorim, this is a time for rest, rather than rushing into a new challenge.

Notably, the Portuguese manager has remained completely silent since leaving Old Trafford in January, ending a 14-month period of failure. Subsequently, the Red Devils entered a new phase with Michael Carrick and quickly improved their results.

Highlights MU 3-1 Aston Villa: On the night of March 15th, MU defeated Aston Villa 3-1 at Old Trafford in the 30th round of the Premier League.
