For the 2018-2023 term, the whole Hon Dat district admitted 590 new union members; introduced 572 elite union members for the Party to consider, admitted 470, reaching 235% of the resolution.
Every year, 80% of grassroots trade union enterprises sign collective labor agreements with more beneficial contents for union members and employees, reaching 114,2 percent of the resolution; create jobs for more than 1.050 workers. The average salary of workers, officials and employees is 7 million VND/person/month.
Trade unions of Hon Dat district at all levels promote the trade union's financial resources, strengthen the care and support of union members and employees with the amount of tens of billions of dong; mobilized over 1 billion dong to support the fund "Trade Union Shelter", support to build and repair 25 houses of "Trade Union Shelter" for members with difficult housing situations, reaching 125% of the resolution; mobilized to donate 900 blood units, reaching 180% of the resolution.
