One UI 7 is the next major software update from the South Korean company. This update comes with a redesign of Samsung's interface on Android. Sources indicate that this update will feature an improved Quick Settings panel separate from the notification bar, more rounded corners in the user interface, and new icons for Samsung apps.

Recently, Sammobile revealed that instead of launching this month, the update has been postponed until September. It is known that OneUI 7 beta will be released for Samsung's latest flagships: the Z Fold6, Z Flip6, and Galaxy S24.
Previously, leaker Ice Universe shared some features of One UI 7.0 on Weibo. According to him, the next version of One UI will have new app icons, new wallpapers, and an improved control area at the bottom of the lock screen. Lock screen shortcuts now have larger icons.
The source also stated that the notification area and quick settings panel can be merged if the user wishes. OneUI 7 will feature a pill-shaped animation that can display ongoing activities from more apps, along with a new animation when unlocking the device's screen.
Samsung is said to have added more animations that can be interrupted by users and has also improved the animations for opening and closing apps.
Ice Universe also revealed that One UI7 supports sending and receiving SMS using 5G networks and also features new animations for notification pop-ups and close animations.
Previously, reports indicated that OneUI 7 would be available in 7 countries at launch: South Korea, China, Germany, India, Poland, the US, and the UK. The update is expected to be released in phases, and as usual, users in South Korea, Germany, and the US will be among the first to receive the beta version.
