Completed the assessment of 158 application files.

Mr. Doan Van Tuan, Director of Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company, Lao Cai Branch, said that as of April 18th, the company had completed the appraisal of 158 social housing sales applications. Currently, the Provincial Department of Construction is continuing to appraise 128 new applications from low-income individuals in various localities.

Buildings A1 and B1 are currently under construction, with the 10th floor being completed. Completion and handover are expected in Q3/2025.

The social housing project on the left bank of the Red River in Van Hoa commune consists of 4 buildings, each 12 stories high, with 760 apartments; a total floor area of ​​approximately 66,560 ^m² , a land area of ​​1.66 hectares; a construction area of ​​8,593 ^m² ; a construction density of 51.74%; and a building height of 45.95 m. Each apartment ranges from 45 to 76 ^m² . The estimated population is approximately 1,870 people (25 ^m² floor area per person).

Other areas that will receive investment include: The project includes transportation systems, internal routes, parking garages, green spaces, courtyards, etc. The total investment for the project is 563 billion VND .

To date, the two buildings A1 and B1 are under construction, with the rough structure reaching the 10th floor. Completion and handover are expected in Q3/2025.

Buildings A2 and B2 are currently under construction, with columns and walls on the first floor being installed. They are expected to be completed and handed over in Q4/2025.

The sale of houses under construction in the project has been approved by the Department of Construction, with an estimated (provisional) appraised price of VND 15,976,757/ ^m² of usable area (calculated according to a coefficient depending on the specific location).
