At the conference, the representative of the Department of Planning and Investment introduced the basic content of the project. According to the scheme, the night economy in Tra Vinh stands out as commercial activities with a food street located in the center of Tra Vinh city, Tra Vinh market area, a number of food and shopping streets in the province.
Along with that, the system of supermarkets, commercial centers, shops, shops and business establishments has promoted nighttime shopping activities. Nightlife and cultural activities also develop with clubs such as Don Ca Tai Tu, cinemas, video games, karaoke...
Therefore, the development of the project on night-time economic development in Tra Vinh province to 2030 aims to actively develop and implement programs, plans and solutions to promote economic development, create jobs and increase income for local workers. Project on developing night economy of the province, focusing on developing 04 areas: cultural services, entertainment and entertainment; Food Service; Shopping services and tourism services in localities and areas with potential for night economic development in the province.
Comrade Hoang Thanh Tam, Economic Advisory Council, suggested that the project should have clear orientations for specific activities and locations, giving priority to Khmer cultural activities and don ca tai tu.

At the same time, contributing to the achievement of the target of attracting 2025 million tourists to Tra Vinh in 1,7, total revenue from tourism is about 930 billion VND.
By 2030, Tra Vinh will form 06-07 night entertainment and entertainment complex areas, develop at least 02-03 entertainment, entertainment, cultural and artistic products with typical local characteristics at night, form at least 04-05 tours, unique tourist routes combining day and night tourism with an average stay of 02-03 days. Comrade Tran Hoan Kim, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, said that the province needs to learn from the experience in neighboring provinces to choose the right solution for Tra Vinh.
At the conference, the delegates focused on discussing topics such as: types of activities suitable for tourists from outside the province. Carefully evaluate the development of the province's pre-existing economic conditions to have a synchronous solution to ensure the sustainable development of the pre-existing economic conditions. Some survey criteria have not been clearly stated about the subjects and the number of surveyed organizations and individuals; It is recommended to have a clear direction, because the time from now to 2030 is not much, especially when 2025 is near, priority should be given to Khmer cultural activities and Don Ca Tai Tu. Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quynh Thien emphasized: The Provincial People's Committee accepts the opinions of delegates to contribute to the Project. Accordingly, in order to evaluate the construction basis, the Scheme needs to phase and select points to deploy, not spread. Developing the night economy needs to make a breakthrough in tourism, opening linked tourist routes, and building tourist attractions.
Currently, the Provincial People's Committee is building a cable car tourism system from Tra Vinh Hamlet, Thuy Tien Islet, Long Tri Isle and has an investment unit; opening a tourist route linking Tra Vinh - Ben Tre - Vinh Long - Soc Trang regions; Tra Vinh - Con Dao tourist route. The Provincial People's Committee will coordinate with the consulting unit to research and adjust accordingly.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Triet emphasized that the conference would critique constructively to come up with solutions to solve related problems so that the draft project on night economic development in Tra Vinh province by 2030 is highly feasible, bringing benefits to people, businesses and the general economic development of the province. The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province hopes that the Department of Planning and Investment will promptly receive, answer and explain the opinions of the delegates; promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee, through the Provincial People's Council and the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee.
The project should be implemented with focus, focus, avoiding mass.
