In the past half term, the Party Committee of the Public Sector - Enterprises achieved and exceeded 06/10 targets of the resolution, the remaining targets achieved a high level (from 80% or more). Focusing on directing affiliated branches and party committees to concretize and effectively implement 06 key tasks and 03 breakthrough tasks of the province. Especially the key task of focusing on building a clean and strong party committee and political system; prevent and reverse the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and internal "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" expressions associated with the implementation of the Provincial Party Committee's action motto "Solidarity, Discipline, Action, Creativity, Breakthrough, Development".
The leadership method, style and working style of the Party Committee and members have been improved and improved. Activities of Party committees and grassroots cells have gradually come into order.

The whole Party Committee built, maintained and effectively implemented 819 learning models to follow Uncle Ho; 100% of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees registered with the branch to carry out a study plan to follow Uncle Ho's commitment to cultivating, training, striving and implementing the model of "be an example above, follow actively below".
Party organization and building have achieved important results. Successfully directed the congress of 304 branches under the grassroots Party Committee for the term 2022 - 2025. The activities of the Party committees, the activities of the grassroots Party cells and committees are becoming more and more organized. Paying attention to leading the work of building and managing party members, creating a source to recruit new party members, exceeding the annual resolution target, after half a term admitting 547/700 party members (reaching 78,14% of the target of the resolution of the whole term).
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Lam Minh Dang emphasized: The Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee recognized and praised the results achieved by the Provincial Party Committee of the Public Sector - Enterprises in the past half term. This result shows the solidarity, efforts and drastic efforts of the Party Committee of the Public Sector - DN Block, making a positive contribution to the overall development of the Provincial Party Committee.
In the remaining half of the term, it is proposed that the Party Executive Committee of the CCQ-DN Division focus on leading and directing the organization to effectively implement the targets and tasks set out by the Resolution of the Party Congress. Strengthen the leadership role and working relationship between the Party Committee and the leadership of agencies, units and enterprises in performing the task of Party building with professional, production and business tasks; well coordinate with Party unions, Party officials, leaders of departments, departments, branches and socio-political organizations of the province in performing assigned political tasks, especially proactively advising the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee on tasks and solutions to lead, direct, and fulfill the socio-economic development goals and targets of the province for the 2020-2025 term.
Strengthening the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party grassroots organizations and the quality of the party members, contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong Party Committee. Concretize and effectively implement the model of "four good cells" and "four good grassroots parties". Continue to promote the construction and development of grassroots party organizations in the non-state sector, especially in foreign-invested enterprises, private enterprises and non-public non-business units.
Strengthen leadership, direct the strict implementation of the principle of democratic centralism, maintain discipline, discipline and solidarity in the Party committee, cell and in agencies and units. Continue to renovate and improve the effectiveness of the evaluation of the quality of grassroots party organizations and party members, and overcome the formal situation of respect and avoidance in self-criticism, self-criticism and criticism, evaluation and classification of party members.
