Two Korean artists visited Pho Khoi Hoi restaurant located at 50 Hang Vai Street, Hanoi. They were surprised that this was Coach Park Hang Seo's familiar address and loved the taste of the restaurant's food.

According to research, this video was cut from an episode of the Korean reality TV show - Battle Trip produced by KBS. The place visited by two Korean male stars is Khoi Hoi pho restaurant located at 50 Hang Vai Street, at the intersection with Phung Hung.

This pho restaurant has been open for over 30 years and is a familiar address for many diners. When arriving at the restaurant, singer Kim Min Seok was surprised because there were many pictures of famous coach Park Hang Seo hanging on the wall.
“This is a restaurant that is only popular with locals. However, since Coach Park came to enjoy it, the restaurant has become attractive to Korean tourists," the male singer shared on the program.

At the pho restaurant, singer Kim Min Seok and actor Park Jae Min enjoyed beef pho with wine sauce. This pho dish is not popular in Vietnamese restaurants in Korea. Unlike traditional pho, pho with wine sauce has a red-brown, wavy broth, fragrant with cinnamon, anise, cardamom, and a faint scent of wine. The beef is red-brown, soft and sweet, with a bit of texture from the tendons without being dry.
Two experienced people from Korea praised the delicious pho. Even after finishing eating, singer Kim Min Seok also ordered a bowl of traditional beef noodle soup - a famous dish of the restaurant, to compare the taste.
Actor Park Jae Min commented that traditional Vietnamese pho is like a gentle ballad, while pho with resounding sauce is like vibrant and attractive R&B music.
Sharing with VietNamNet newspaper in March 3, the representative of Pho Khoi restaurant said that every day, the restaurant sells from 2024 to 1.000 bowls per day. The pho dishes that make up the restaurant's brand are core pho and crispy rice noodles.
Here, the core meat is sliced thinly and quickly blanched in broth, keeping it crispy but still soft, sweet, and rich in beef flavor. As for the dandruff dish, it has a beautiful yellow color, is crunchy and has firm meat but is not chewy at all. All thanks to the shop's very sophisticated secret.

Crispy bucket is meticulously prepared, in which the boiling time takes about 3 hours. The pot of broth is simmered for more than 20 hours. The shop is open from 6am to 21pm, with peak hours being from 9am to 14pm daily.
