Most markets recorded growth, of which Asia increased by 57% with the main driving force from large markets in Northeast Asia (China, South Korea, Japan).
Southeast Asian markets also achieved good growth, including Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Singapore. Only the Thai market decreased by 14,5%. Two potential markets, Australia and India, continue to grow well, both reaching 27%.
Remarkable even though it's the low season Travel Internationally, the number of visitors from European markets in July still increased compared to the previous month. This is a positive signal showing that the international market continues to grow strongly.
The Vietnam National Tourism Administration said that in the second half of 2024, the Tourism industry will continue to implement programs to introduce Vietnamese tourism in foreign countries such as China, India, Australia and New Zealand.
