At the festival, dozens of typical dishes of Binh Dinh such as shrimp pancakes, Cho Huyen spring rolls, Song Than vermicelli, shrimp spring rolls, tuna vermicelli... were directly prepared by famous restaurant chefs. for visitors to witness and enjoy.

Meanwhile, at the food stalls, thousands of people happily enjoy Binh Dinh's beloved, rustic dishes.
In particular, many foreign tourists showed curiosity and interest in Binh Dinh's dishes: jumping shrimp pancakes, tuna vermicelli, Song Than vermicelli...
Mr. Jeremy (French) said excitedly: "I really like jumping shrimp pancakes. It has shrimp, bean sprouts and flour. Very crunchy to eat.
There are many vegetables served with it and the dipping sauce is also very rich. There are also rice paper to roll. Very interesting".

According to Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, coming to the Binh Dinh Culinary Cultural Festival in 2024, people and tourists will be able to interact and experience culinary cultural features and dishes. Diverse, rich, unique, elaborately and attractively prepared and presented by famous domestic and international artisans and chefs.
“Through the festival, culinary culture lovers will have the opportunity to share the knowledge and secrets of famous artisans and chefs who have "brought soul" into ingredients and foods to transformed into unique culinary works of art, imbued with national identity.
I hope that through this festival, the cooperative relationship between localities throughout the country and international friends will be further tightened to enhance the value of Vietnamese culinary culture," Mr. Tuan added.
