Following Typhoon No. 3, tourism and service activities in Quang Ninh suffered significant damage. Among them, music venues in Ha Long, including the Lighthouse entertainment complex, La Luna Coffee Ha Long, and The Harmony Tuan Chau, were severely damaged. However, businesses and organizations are now focusing their efforts on repairing the damage and reopening these venues as soon as possible this October.
Over the past three years, music tourism in Quang Ninh has experienced strong growth, opening up a promising direction to overcome the seasonality of tourism in Ha Long in particular and the province in general. Music venues at the Sun Hill service complex, the Lighthouse, La Luna Coffee Ha Long, The Harmony Tuan Chau, and 5-star cruises in Ha Long Bay regularly feature performances by many famous Vietnamese singers such as My Tam, Ho Quynh Huong, Lam Truong, Van Mai Huong, Vu Cat Tuong, etc. This is why the number of tourists visiting Ha Long on weekends to both relax and enjoy music has increased significantly, even outside of the peak summer tourist season.

Most music stages in entertainment complexes boast beautiful locations and spaces with expansive sea or pine-covered hill views, featuring modern open-stage designs that harmonize with nature. Therefore, after typhoon number 3, some music stages at the Lighthouse complex, La Luna Coffee Ha Long, and The Harmony Tuan Chau suffered significant damage.
Mr. Ngo Thanh Tung, owner of the 1900 business (Ha Long City), said: "Our 1900 system currently owns two music stages at the Sun Hill and Lighthouse service complexes. During the recent storm, all temporary structures, check-in services, and landscaping at the Lighthouse complex, being located near the coast, were completely destroyed. Immediately after the storm, after inspecting and reviewing the infrastructure at the complexes, we prioritized repairing the Sun Hill complex first, as the damage was less extensive, to ensure it could resume operations and serve tourists. In particular, we focused on repairing and designing the music stages to ensure that previously planned music shows would not be interrupted, affecting the schedules of the singers and the anticipation of music lovers."
Accordingly, this October, the Sun Hill complex will host two mini-shows: one by singer Phuong Thanh and Tang Phuc on October 12th, and another by singer Vu Cat Tuong on October 18th. Simultaneously, the unit is actively repairing and restoring the facilities, stage system, and lighting at the Lighthouse complex to prepare for singer Ha Nhi's concert, scheduled for November 16th.

In addition, the La Luna Coffee Ha Long complex quickly repaired the damage to organize singer Van Mai Huong's "Night of Music Under the Moonlight" concert on October 19th as planned.
Ms. Ngo Thi Mai Chi, Manager of La Luna Coffee Ha Long, shared: "According to our statistics, after typhoon No. 3, everything from the pine forest and flower gardens to the roofing system, equipment, tables, chairs, and bar... was damaged, with estimated property damage of about 15 billion VND. However, with the determination and efforts of the business and the staff, we quickly started repairing and restoring the landscape and space of the cafe to make it more beautiful and fresh, so that La Luna Coffee Ha Long will always be a favorite destination for tourists from near and far when coming to Ha Long. In particular, we prioritized repairing and completely redesigning the cafe's music stage to ensure the success of singer Van Mai Huong's concert on October 19th. This demonstrates professionalism and systematic approach in organizing music shows in Quang Ninh , as well as providing the singer and audience with a truly uplifting and emotional musical experience."

On September 27th, aboard the Ambassador II cruise ship, the "Crossroads of Time - Love in the Bay" live show, featuring singers Hong Nhung and Cong Nam, provided nearly 500 attendees with unforgettable moments of music and art amidst the enchanting beauty of the heritage bay. Musician Duong Cam, the live show's music director, shared: "Despite the devastation caused by Typhoon No. 3, Ha Long City and Quang Ninh Province recovered very quickly to bring tourism activities back to stability. The concert was held as planned, and the audience from all over came to Ha Long, proving the appeal not only of the artistic quality of the program but also of the charm of the beautiful and friendly city of Ha Long itself."
Thanks to the efforts of businesses, Quang Ninh's music venues have truly made a strong comeback, continuously expanding in scale and quality. With meticulous, systematic, and professional organization, these music venues are expected to continue being an attractive nighttime tourism product, drawing visitors to Quang Ninh during the autumn and winter tourist seasons.
