Lam Dong province holds a meeting of generations of provincial police officers.

To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), on the afternoon of August 6, the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee organized a meeting with generations of leaders of the Provincial Public Security Force.

Comrade Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, attended the meeting.

Comrades Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Dinh Van Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presided over the meeting.

On behalf of the provincial leadership, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi sincerely thanked the generations of leaders and officials of the Lam Dong Provincial Police for their valuable contributions to ensuring security, order, and social safety, and contributing to local development.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee provided information on the province's socio -economic development in the recent past. Generally, despite the restructuring and operation of the two-tiered government apparatus in Lam Dong province, the province's various sectors and indicators have developed quite well.

The provincial police force has made a significant contribution to the overall development of Lam Dong province.

Specifically, cultural and social aspects have seen significant development. National defense and security are ensured. The political system has been built to be strong and comprehensive. The image and position of Lam Dong province after the merger have been enhanced. The provincial police force has made a significant contribution to these results.

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force, Comrade Ho Van Muoi sent his best wishes. He expressed his hope that generations of the provincial police force would continue to uphold their fine qualities, constantly building a truly clean, strong, professional, elite, and modern police force, all for the cause of ensuring security, order, and the peaceful and happy lives of the people in the new era.

Comrade Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, presented flowers to congratulate the generations of police officers of the province at the meeting.

Major General Truong Minh Duong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Lam Dong Provincial Police, expressed his gratitude for the attention and support from the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and various departments and localities. This is a very important source of encouragement and guidance for generations of leaders, officers, and soldiers of the Provincial Police.

The provincial police leadership reported to the provincial People's Committee leadership on the work of building the force, maintaining political security and social order, as well as the operational situation of police units after the reorganization.

Regarding future tasks, the Provincial Public Security Party Committee will continue to strengthen leadership and guidance of forces throughout the province to ensure the security and interests of the locality. This will include focusing on border and island areas, making a significant contribution to the economic and social development of Lam Dong province.
