The dialogue in the movie “Ao Lua Ha Dong” that once brought tears to many generations of audiences is now “making waves” across all social networking platforms. Many people expressed their emotions, gratitude, and shared their own definition of “peace”. Now, while living in the historic days of April, looking forward to the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, a response that is also an affirmation from the present is: Peace is beautiful!
The Youth Union of Factory Z121 has made many video clips and images expressing patriotism, responding to the campaign "Peace is beautiful".
“Peace is so beautiful” is also the name of the multi-platform content campaign implemented by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in collaboration with Kenh14.vn, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025). The message “Peace is so beautiful” is expressed through a series of diverse and creative activities on digital platforms and real spaces such as: Publishing media publications, the “red-covering social networks” campaign; posting profile photos and image content, video clips expressing love for the homeland, celebrating the April 30 anniversary; hanging the national flag... with the hashtag #hoabinhdeplam. Responding to the campaign “Peace is so beautiful”, the youth of the Homeland have had many meaningful activities to spread more strongly the pride and happiness of living in peace.

Attending the lesson “Peace is so beautiful” of the teacher and students of class 2B, Man Lan Primary School, Thanh Ba District, the first impression for us was the image of both the teacher and students wearing red flags and yellow stars, the classroom was “dyed red” with the beloved national flag. The lesson began with an exciting, bustling atmosphere; students competed to raise their hands to answer the teacher’s questions about the Great Victory Day of April 30, 1975, the name of the city named after Uncle Ho, the South on the map of the Fatherland and about peace. The part that the students looked forward to the most was watching the video “Ho Chi Minh Campaign to Liberate the South” with vivid graphic images and information. The lesson ended with a chorus of singing and clapping the song “Like having Uncle Ho on the great victory day”; using actions to express love for the Fatherland such as placing hands on the left chest...
Teacher Tran Thi Phuong Thao - Homeroom teacher of class 2B, Man Lan Primary School said: The lesson "Peace is beautiful" to learn about the history and significance of April 30th took place during class activities. These days, the colors of the national flag, the Party flag, and the flag of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam have "covered red" the campus and even the classes at Hung Vuong University. Each flag is a symbol of gratitude, the voice of the youth of Hung Vuong University who always carry patriotism and the desire to contribute to building and defending the Fatherland. Along with Hung Vuong University, many schools in the province have also "covered red" the school campus with flags such as Ha Hoa High School (Ha Hoa district), Van Lang Secondary School (Viet Tri city)...
Along with people across the country, thousands of cadres and youth union members of the Homeland have simultaneously changed their profile pictures and cover photos; posted content, images, and videos expressing their love for their homeland and country, national pride, and the joyful atmosphere celebrating the Great Victory Day of April 30, 1975, associated with the national flag and used the hashtag #hoabinhdeplam to tell stories about peace, gratitude, and national pride from the unique and creative perspective of youth.
Comrade Dinh Thi Tuyet Mai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union said: This is not only a trend but also an opportunity for each young person to express national pride, deep gratitude to previous generations and affirm the desire for peace of Vietnamese youth.
Youth Union members of Hung Vuong University participated in the program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification; the 66th anniversary of the opening of Truong Son road and the 23rd anniversary of the establishment of the Liaison Committee of female soldiers of Truong Son province.
In the atmosphere of the heroic April days, the youth of the Homeland have carried out and organized many activities to visit and give gifts to families of policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions; meet and exchange with historical witnesses; visit and learn about historical relics. Actively clean the environment, create green - clean - beautiful landscapes at martyrs' cemeteries, memorials...
In 13 districts, towns and cities in the province, the green shirt forces also simultaneously held candle lighting ceremonies to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs. Before the heroic martyrs, the youth of the Fatherland vow to promote their intelligence, be proactive, volunteer, and be ready to face difficult challenges, go anywhere, do anything when the Fatherland and the People need them; always believe in and forever follow the path chosen by the Party, Uncle Ho and the People; raise vigilance against hostile forces; continue to preserve and inherit the revolutionary achievements of our Party, worthy of the heroic sacrifices of the heroic martyrs.
The series of meaningful activities towards April 30th is a gratitude that today's young generation has for the previous generation. With their youth and intelligence, today's young generation has continued the tradition of the previous generation, adding to the beauty of peace on our beloved S-shaped land.
