Playing a pivotal role in organizing and implementing the movement, since 2013 the Provincial Fatherland Front has advised on the merger of the Steering Committee for the movement and the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas," forming a mechanism of "one focal point - two movements," ensuring synchronized objectives, unified direction, linked resources, and improved implementation efficiency.
Annually, adhering closely to the resolutions and work programs of the Provincial Party Committee and the province's socio -economic development plan, the Provincial Fatherland Front develops key programs, innovates the content and methods of propaganda, and combines traditional and modern approaches. To date, the entire province has established and effectively maintained 191 Facebook fanpages of the Fatherland Front community from the provincial to the grassroots level, becoming a flexible and timely channel for disseminating positive values and examples of good people and good deeds in building a cultured way of life.
The Fatherland Front at all levels has taken the lead in guiding and coordinating the mobilization of households to sign commitments to implement a civilized lifestyle. As a result, the percentage of culturally exemplary families has increased steadily each year. Mass cultural, artistic, and sports activities are vibrant, with over 50% of the population participating regularly. Many exemplary models have been formed and replicated, such as: "Culturally exemplary family of 3 generations", "Family free from law violations and social evils", "Model cultural residential area", and "Civilized street".
The province has built 521 model projects in the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas; including many models on preserving, conserving, and promoting national cultural identity, self-governance models, model gardens, model villages, residential areas, and model new rural communes... contributing to making the appearance and infrastructure of urban, rural, and mountainous areas increasingly synchronized, interconnected, bright, green, clean, and beautiful.
The movement has also strongly spread the spirit of "mutual support and compassion," arousing self-awareness and solidarity to help each other develop the economy and reduce poverty sustainably. Activities such as giving Tet gifts, supporting poor households in economic development, eliminating temporary and dilapidated housing, etc., have been implemented synchronously with the active participation of people, businesses, organizations, and associations. Over the past 25 years, the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels has mobilized over 560 billion VND to build and repair 10,500 "Great Solidarity" houses; support livelihoods for more than 150,000 poor and near-poor households, provide medical examinations and treatment, and grant scholarships. Hundreds of public works, schools, and health stations in remote, border, and island areas have been invested in with the participation of people donating land and labor. From 2022 to the present, the Provincial Fatherland Front has mobilized 100% of its resources from social contributions, without using the state budget, to organize activities to care for the poor and those in difficult circumstances during Tet (Lunar New Year).
Through intensive campaigns launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, the spirit of community solidarity has been spread. Notable examples include the Fatherland Front guiding the establishment of 15,686 inter-family groups for COVID-19 prevention and control in 100% of villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods; and relief and support activities to help people overcome the consequences of the historic floods of 2015, Typhoon Yagi, and floods in Central Vietnam...
