Promoting the core role in organizing and implementing the movement, since 2013, the Provincial Fatherland Front has advised on merging the Movement Steering Committee and the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", forming a mechanism of "one focal point - two movements", ensuring synchronous goals, unified direction, connecting resources, and improving implementation efficiency.
Every year, closely following the resolutions and work programs of the Provincial Party Committee and the socio -economic development plan of the province, the Provincial Fatherland Front builds key programs, innovates propaganda content and methods, and combines tradition and modernity. Up to now, the whole province has established and maintained the effective operation of 191 Facebook fanpages of the Fatherland Front community from the province to the grassroots, becoming a flexible and timely propaganda channel, spreading positive values, good people, and good deeds in building a cultural life.
The Fatherland Front at all levels takes the lead in guiding and coordinating to mobilize households to sign a commitment to a civilized lifestyle. Thereby, the rate of civilized families increases steadily every year. Cultural, artistic and sports activities for the masses take place enthusiastically, with over 50% of the population participating regularly. Many typical models have been formed and replicated such as: "3-generation cultural family", "Family without law violators and social evils", "Model cultural residential area", "Civilized street".
The province has built 521 pilot models in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; including many models on preserving, conserving and promoting national cultural identity, self-management models, model gardens, villages, residential areas, model new rural communes... contributing to making the appearance and infrastructure of urban, rural and mountainous areas increasingly synchronous, connected, bright, green, clean and beautiful.
The movement also strongly spread the spirit of "mutual love and support", arousing self-awareness, solidarity to help each other develop the economy, and sustainably reduce poverty. Activities of giving Tet gifts, supporting poor households to develop the economy, eliminating temporary housing, dilapidated housing... were implemented synchronously with the active participation of people, businesses, organizations, and unions. Over the past 25 years, the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels has mobilized over 560 billion VND to build and repair 10,500 "Great Solidarity" houses; support livelihoods for more than 150,000 poor and near-poor households, provide medical examination and treatment, and grant scholarships. Hundreds of civil works, schools, and medical stations in remote, isolated, border, and island areas have been invested with the participation of land and labor donations from the people. From 2022 up to now, the Provincial Fatherland Front has mobilized 100% of socialized resources, not using the budget to organize Tet care activities for the poor and people in difficult circumstances.
Through the high-profile campaigns of the Fatherland Front at all levels, the spirit of community solidarity has been spread. Typically, the Fatherland Front has guided the establishment of 15,686 inter-family groups to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic in 100% of villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods; relief activities, supporting people to overcome the consequences of the historic flood in 2015, storm Yagi, floods in the Central region...
With the active contribution of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, Quang Ninh has become one of the leading localities, completing the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the 2021-2025 period early, moving to a new phase with criteria 1.4 times higher than the central level; household economy and community economy have developed diversely; average income per capita in rural areas has increased 5.6 times compared to 2000.
