International Food Culture Festival 2025

From November 22-23, 2025, in Hanoi, the Department of Diplomatic Services, in coordination with agencies and units of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will organize the 2025 International Culinary Culture Festival with the theme "Trip of Flavors - A culinary journey across five continents".

The event brought together 128 booths from 50 embassies, 20 local foreign affairs agencies, 8 units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , businesses, and many international organizations. It is estimated that nearly 20,000 visitors came to explore and enjoy the diverse and characteristic dishes from many countries and territories, prepared and sold in the festival's common area.

On November 23, 2025, the Opening Ceremony of the 2025 International Culinary Culture Festival was attended by Ms. Ha Thi Nga, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Ms. Ngo Phuong Ly, wife of General Secretary To Lam; Ms. Le Nguyet Anh, wife of Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung; along with current and former leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and their spouses; Ambassadors; Heads of Representative Offices and their spouses; international organizations; representatives from localities and businesses; and a large number of people and tourists who came to visit and enjoy the cuisine.

This year's festival is being held at a time when many localities are suffering heavy damage from natural disasters, storms, and floods. The Organizing Committee has called on the international community, diplomatic agencies, businesses, and the public to join hands in supporting those in need. All contributions collected will be used for localities affected by natural disasters such as Tuyen Quang, Cao Bang, Ha Tinh, Thua Thien Hue, etc.

At the festival, the Department of Foreign Affairs of Lang Son province had a booth to display and introduce foreign affairs information publications, promote the UNESCO Global Geopark Lang Son, OCOP products, characteristic cuisine, and specialties of the province. At the same time, it promoted development, investment, provided information, and presented project dossiers seeking ODA in the province.

During the festival, the booth of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Lang Son province actively participated in activities, contributing a portion of the funds to support people in disadvantaged areas affected by natural disasters and floods; contributing to the overall success of the event.
