Gathering, uniting, and supporting development.

The Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association has played a crucial role in gathering, uniting, and supporting its members for their legitimate interests. The Association has strengthened coordination with other associations, businesses, and enterprises both within and outside the province to support production, business, trade promotion, and market development, contributing to the common good of the local business community.

Accordingly, the association coordinated and organized over 4,000 propaganda sessions, attracting over 20,500 participants. The content focused on economic development policies, entrepreneurship, gender equality, digital transformation, circular economy, social welfare, etc.

Simultaneously, through the cooperation program, the association organized 40 product presentations and 32 communication sessions to raise awareness among more than 2,000 members and women about digital transformation.

In coordination with relevant organizations, 190 vocational training and education sessions for overseas employment were held, with over 5,700 members, women, and workers participating. Through these activities, 204 workers were introduced to and registered for employment in Japan under contract.

In addition, the Women Entrepreneurs Association actively coordinates and organizes dialogue sessions between its members and the government to promptly identify and resolve difficulties and obstacles in the production and business process, especially regarding legal documents and procedures.

In coordination with relevant departments and agencies, organize in-depth training courses on OCOP product development, brand building and protection, digital marketing skills, and e-commerce; helping members improve management capacity, expand markets, and increase the competitiveness of their businesses.

In coordination with women's unions at all levels, support has been provided in areas such as counseling, training, access to credit, market introductions and connections, product consumption, and online sales; this has helped 300 women participate, connect with product consumers, and obtain loans totaling 8.5 billion VND.

Ms. Cu Thi Lan Chi, from Tuyet Nhung CHIPAS Tourism Trading and Service Company Limited, stated that the activities supporting members in production, business, trade promotion, and social welfare have been implemented effectively, yielding positive impacts. Many products from members are increasingly establishing their reputation in the market, contributing to job creation and ensuring stable income for female workers.

According to Ms. Dang Thi Truc Lan Chi (Director of Vinh Tien Co., Ltd.) - President of the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association, the Association has gradually become stable, gaining trust and attracting a large number of female entrepreneurs to participate. The role and position of the association are increasingly enhanced, becoming a reliable bridge between women-owned businesses and the government, departments, and social organizations, thereby strengthening the voice and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members.

Contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.

During the 2025-2030 term, with the goal of supporting the development of a growing and high-quality team of female entrepreneurs in the province, possessing vision, intelligence, ethics, and business culture, the Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association will promote cooperation, linkages, legitimate wealth creation, adherence to the law, and fulfillment of social responsibility, making a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the province.

The association strives to increase its membership by 5-10% annually; 80% of its members receive training to enhance their knowledge and skills in production and business, especially in the fields of digital economy, circular economy, and international integration; and it organizes at least one exchange, cooperation, and trade promotion activity annually within or outside the province. It also provides consulting and support to 100% of women-owned businesses regarding legal matters, management, technology, and market access.

Ms. Truong Thi Cam Hong, Director of Cuu Long Coconut Processing Co., Ltd., expressed that, in order for women-owned businesses to confidently develop sustainably, the Women Entrepreneurs Association needs to continue coordinating and strengthening connections, forming a production-consumption chain among women-owned businesses, especially in the field of agricultural processing and coconut products, in order to exploit the province's unique strengths and expand domestic and international markets. At the same time, it is necessary to organize training programs to improve management skills, brand building, green transformation, and sustainable development for women entrepreneurs, helping them confidently integrate and compete in the era of globalization and integration.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Be Muoi, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, stated that the province's female entrepreneurs have demonstrated their capabilities, intelligence, and innovative spirit. The Association needs to be more proactive in its role as a bridge; promptly reflecting, recommending, and proposing policies based on important grassroots realities to help the province continue to improve its investment and business environment. It should strengthen the leading role of the Women Entrepreneurs Association in supporting members in digital transformation, innovation, brand building, and participation in value chains, especially in the province's key sectors. It should also enhance linkages and cooperation within and outside the province, expand markets, and improve the competitiveness of women-owned businesses.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Thoa, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chair of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and Chair of the Provincial Women's Union, the Women Entrepreneurs Association has gradually played a bridging role between businesses and the government; actively supporting members in production, business, trade promotion, and digital transformation; and making many practical contributions to social welfare. Looking ahead, the association needs to focus on attracting female entrepreneurs to participate according to industry, sector, and geographical area; forming a multi-layered network, creating a space for sharing, cooperation, and mutual development for members. The Provincial Women's Union will always accompany, support, connect resources, and create a favorable environment for the Women Entrepreneurs Association to operate effectively and sustainably, contributing to the successful achievement of the province's socio-economic development goals in the new period.
