Ukrainian troops withdraw in Kursk

Updating the situation in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the Military Summary channel reports that the Russian army continues its offensive in the Kursk region. Preliminary reports indicate that Kyiv's forces are completely withdrawing from the western and northwestern flanks, while Moscow's forces have gained control of more bases, including the Ukrainian village of Novenke, and are threatening the strategic Malaya village of Loknaya.

In Toretsk, Ukrainian forces launched a series of successful counterattacks, breaking through enemy defenses and recapturing several areas. After Russia seized the city, they moved many units there to other areas, weakening the defenses, and Kyiv's forces took advantage of the situation to penetrate deeper into the city center. Moscow's forces are trying to stabilize the situation.

In the direction of Velyka Novosilka, Moscow's forces have significantly expanded their control on the southern Donetsk front. Reports indicate that the two villages of Burlatskoye and Pryvilne have fallen under their control.

According to the Kyiv Independent, the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff reported that Ukrainian troops destroyed a thermobaric ammunition depot in the Russian-controlled Donetsk province on the night of February 28.

On Telegram, the Ukrainian General Staff posted a video of the attack that occurred near the town of Selydove in the Pokrovsk district of the Donetsk province. The video shows a series of larger explosions following the initial blast, indicating that the site was a storage location for explosive materials.

The Ukrainian General Staff described the target as a "Russian thermobaric ammunition storage facility." According to reports, the consequences of the attack are still being determined.

Also on February 28, Ukraine attacked three other facilities in Russia, including the Ilsky oil refinery in the Krasnodar region. This was the second time in February that the Ilsky oil refinery had been attacked by Ukraine.

The TOS-1A Solntsepek heavy flamethrower takes down the enemy in Kharkiv.

Recently, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of enemy forces in the Kharkiv region using the TOS-1A Solntsepek heavy flamethrower.

Ukrainian soldiers took shelter but were still incinerated by the crew operating the TOS-1A Solntsepek heavy flamethrower system from the Russian Northern Forces.

The Russian Ministry of Defense noted that the destruction of enemy targets with thermobaric rounds was recorded in real time through objective monitoring means.

Earlier reports indicated that Solntsepek rockets fired at night had incinerated Ukrainian Armed Forces infantry in the Kursk region. This heavy flamethrower system left the enemy with no chance.
