Hien Ho was once one of the most popular young singers in Vietnamese showbiz. Besides her beautiful and captivating appearance, she also had a series of hit songs such as: "Meeting But Not Staying," "Then the Loved One Becomes a Stranger," "The Old Me Is Different Now," etc.
However, in March 2022, the singer became embroiled in scandals related to her relationship with a married businessman. A series of intimate photos of Hien Ho with this man, along with images showcasing her luxurious lifestyle and ownership of a multi-million dollar G63 car, provoked strong reactions from netizens, who labeled the singer a "mistress" or a "green tea" woman. Following this scandal, Hien Ho apologized and withdrew from the entertainment industry for a short period.

In August 2022, the singer released the music video "Crying in a Club," but it wasn't well-received by the public. Then, at the end of 2023, she released the EP "Giving Up - Closing My Eyes - Rushing On," featuring four meticulously produced music videos: "Crying in a Club," "Night Ride," "It's Over Between You and Me," and "Giving Up - Closing My Eyes - Rushing On." However, the situation remained unfavorable. Many of Hien Ho's music shows were boycotted by the public, and she also faced considerable criticism on social media.
On the evening of December 17, 2023, Hien Ho posted a long message on her personal page sharing the emotions she had experienced nearly two years after the scandal surrounding her private life that caused a public uproar. The singer wrote: "For a long time, I've been working, living in music, and experiencing indescribable emotions. Despair, regret, suffering, joy, even fear, and finally, liberation! My wrong and misguided actions and thoughts ultimately led me down the wrong path. The pampering and care I received made me think it was love and good fortune. Until the day fate slapped me in the face, making me realize how wrong and foolish I had been."

Currently, Hien Ho doesn't appear on big stages or at events and game shows. She usually performs at bars and small music venues in Lang Son, Phu Quoc, Quang Tri, etc. Instead of her previous short hairstyle, the beautiful singer has chosen to keep her hair long; however, her fashion style is more unconventional and individualistic, no longer maintaining the charming and sweet image that the public once praised.
Recently, on her personal Facebook page and Instagram account with over 1 million followers, she unexpectedly deleted most of her old photos, videos, and posts.
In her free time, Hien Ho livestreams with the public, sharing about body care and playing games. She also dedicates a lot of time to exercising. In July 2024, she showed off pictures from an amateur pickleball tournament, stating that she won one match and lost two.
Born in 1997 in Gia Lai, Hien Ho became known to the public after participating in The Voice Vietnam 2017. Possessing a powerful, soulful, and emotional voice, along with striking looks, the 1997-born singer has achieved much success in music. However, after three years since the "mistress" scandal, her path back seems quite challenging, unless she can create a major breakthrough.
