PSG has not yet paid off the remaining amount owed to Kylian Mbappe. |
According to L'Équipe , Mbappe's lawyers sent staff to Paris Saint-Germain headquarters to demand payment related to the player's vacation bonus. This is the amount PSG still owes Mbappe.
Mbappe's legal team has given PSG eight days to pay the outstanding amount. If the club fails to comply, under French law, the authorities can seize assets or directly deduct the money from PSG's accounts.
Previously, at the end of December 2025, the Paris labor court ruled that PSG had to pay Mbappe a total of 60.9 million euros in a dispute over unpaid wages and bonuses, after the player left the team to join Real Madrid on a free transfer in the summer of 2024.
Of that amount, €55 million has been paid by PSG recently, including unpaid salaries and other bonuses. The remaining €5.9 million mainly relates to Mbappe's paid leave and accrued interest.
PSG's failure to resolve the issue definitively has led to the latest legal action from Mbappe. Previously, PSG argued that Mbappe acted disloyally by concealing his intention not to renew his contract for almost a year, preventing the club from receiving a transfer fee.
Mbappe's side argued that the case concerned only the application of French labor law and unpaid wages, not transfer policy. The court agreed with the striker's argument.
