According to the Hanoi Department of Transport, since its commercial operation began, the Nhon - Hanoi Station metro line has attracted passengers commuting to school and work, replacing private vehicles.

Compared to the first 15 days of operation of the Cat Linh - Ha Dong railway line, the number of passengers transported has doubled, reaching nearly 744,000 passengers (compared to 380,000 passengers on the Cat Linh - Ha Dong train during the first 15 days of free travel).

After 15 days of free operation, the Nhon - Hanoi Station Metro line continues to attract daily users.

Notably, after only about a week of charging fees, the route has attracted tens of thousands of passengers, including students and commuters, who have signed up for monthly passes. It is predicted that when the school year begins, it will attract a large number of students as an alternative to personal transportation.

During the initial phase (the first 3 months), from August 8th to October 8th, including the first 15 days of free passenger transport, the Nhon - Hanoi Station metro line will operate according to a schedule of 4 trains, spaced 10 minutes apart.

In the next phase, after 3 months, on weekdays (Monday to Friday), trains will operate according to a schedule of 4-6 trains, with a 6-minute interval between trains during peak hours and a 10-minute interval between trains during off-peak hours.

On weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and public holidays, trains will operate according to a schedule of 4 trains, with a 10-minute interval between each trip.

Passengers traveling on single-trip tickets can purchase them from automatic ticket vending machines or from staff at the counter.

Passengers purchasing day passes can go to the ticket counter to buy them. The price is 24,000 VND per person per day, allowing unlimited rides throughout the day, and the pass expires at the end of the day.

Passengers who ride for free are those who have been issued a free bus pass. Accordingly, passengers will have to go to the ticket counter and present their free bus pass.

Regular customers can purchase a monthly pass for 200,000 VND per person per month. Students, and workers in industrial zones can purchase it for 100,000 VND per person per month.

Workers in offices and businesses outside industrial zones who purchase monthly passes collectively pay 140,000 VND per person per pass per month.

Monthly passes for the Nhon - Hanoi Station metro line have some differences compared to the Cat Linh - Ha Dong line. Specifically, the Nhon - Hanoi Station metro monthly pass is valid from the first day of the month to the last day of the month, unlike the Cat Linh - Ha Dong pass which is valid for 30 days from the activation date.

Monthly passes are personalized, with the user's photo and information printed on them. Therefore, the processing time for monthly passes is 1-3 days longer than for the Cat Linh - Ha Dong line.

Regarding connections with the public passenger transport system by bus, as of now, there are 38 connecting bus routes along the corridor (including 33 subsidized routes and 5 non-subsidized routes) in operation.

The Nhon - Hanoi Station metro line passes through busy streets such as National Highway 32, Xuan Thuy, and Cau Giay. With a design maximum speed of 80 km/h, it is estimated that the line can transport more than 500,000 passengers per day and night.

From 8:00 AM on August 8th, the 8.5km elevated section from Nhon to S8 station of the Nhon - Hanoi Station urban railway line officially commenced commercial operation to serve passengers.

The elevated section from Nhổn to Cầu Giấy includes 8 stations: Nhổn (S1); Minh Khai (S2); Phú Diễn (S3); Cầu Diễn (S4); Lê Đức Thọ (S5); National University (S6); Chùa Hà (S7); Cầu Giấy (S8).

The route passes through 11 universities including: Hanoi University of Industry, Hanoi University of Commerce, Hanoi University of Education, 6 member universities of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (University of Technology, University of Foreign Languages, University of Economics , University of Education, University of Medicine and Pharmacy, University of Law); Academy of Journalism and Communication; University of Transport.
