Toll rates for 13 sections of the North-South Expressway

The Ministry of Construction has just issued toll rates ranging from 900 to 1,300 VND/km on 13 state-invested expressway projects, in preparation for toll collection starting in July and August.

Twelve sections of the expressway are subject to a toll of 900 VND/km, including: Bai Vot - Ham Nghi, Ham Nghi - Vung Ang, Vung Ang - Bung, Bung - Van Ninh, Van Ninh - Cam Lo, Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon, Hoai Nhon - Quy Nhon, Quy Nhon - Chi Thanh, Chi Thanh - Van Phong, Van Phong - Nha Trang, Can Tho - Hau Giang, and Hau Giang - Ca Mau . These twelve expressways have four lanes, with intermittent emergency lanes. The Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway, however, applies a toll of 1,300 VND/km due to its four lanes and continuous emergency lane. The toll is calculated based on the actual distance traveled and is collected entirely through electronic toll collection (ETC).
